CreditYeti is an iPhone app that freezes and thaws your credit at all three US credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) from one place, instead of juggling three websites and three logins.

## Why freeze?

When your credit file is open, a thief with your details can try to open new accounts in your name. A freeze blocks new creditors from pulling your report until you lift it. It's free under US federal law, it doesn't affect your credit score, and your existing cards and loans keep working.
